New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland Announces Clinical Staff Appointments
PORTLAND, Maine – Adrienne Andrews, RN, CRRN®, of Buxton, has been promoted to Wound Care Coordinator at New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland (NERHP). Recently certified as a Wound, Ostomy and Continence Nurse, Andrews holds a Master’s Degree in Nursing and is a certified rehabilitation nurse.
“Adrienne’s recent certification in wound, ostomy and continence is an outstanding professional achievement, requiring more than a year of study and clinical training,” states Elizabeth Glidden, BSN, CRRN®, Chief Nursing Officer. Andrews has been with NERHP since 1999.
Debora Berg, RN, CRRN®, previously the Shift Coordinator at New England Rehabilitation Hospital of Portland, has been promoted to the position of Infection Control Coordinator. Berg, of Westbrook, holds a BSN and became a CRRN® in 1996.
Ms. Glidden states, “Deb has the professional and clinical expertise for the position of Infection Control Coordinator, integral to the everyday functions of this hospital.” Berg has been a nurse at NERHP since 1997.
